Family Membership with City Parish aims simply to follow the normative pattern established in Scripture. Together, our hope is to be a gospel-centered community practicing the way of Jesus for the renewal of our cities. We cannot do that if are not wholly committed first to Jesus, and then to each other. Family Membership is not access to some secret club, an offer to exclusive perks, or some arbitrary commitment.

Rather, it’s our way to acknowledge these are the people we are committing to growing in Christ with. These are the folks with whom we are committing to growing as family — the folks with whom we are going to be fully on mission. The Family Members of City Parish are those that the elders are held accountable to God to for guarding, loving, serving, equipping, and shepherding.
