We’re starting a new Sermon Series this week called ‘Anchor of the Soul.’ We’ll be diving into the Book of Hebrews and we’d love to encourage to get a head start by watching this 8 minute overview by Bible Project.

For our final week in our ‘New Year. Same Values.’ series, we explored generosity. The BIG IDEA was, “Generosity is a response to God that proves we've experienced God's grace.“

The mission of the Church to make disciples who make disciples is a continuation of the mission of God to create worshipers who spread His glory to the ends of the earth.

“God intends his image-bearing people to live and thrive as disciples of Jesus in the context of a community (the church), growing in the gospel and on mission together.“

Nearly every year we spend a bit of time teaching through our Core Values as The Parish Church. For Week 1 we worked through Galatians 2:11-21 and talked about how the gospel changes everything.

It was a joy to be able to gather together right after Christmas. Listen in as Kelly reminds us that the good news of the incarnation is first for the lowly, but then for the whole world.

For our fourth and final week of Advent, Kelly took us through all of the promises/prophecies that came true in the birth of Christ. Take a listen to ‘A Child Is Born.’

God’s ultimate expression of his glory is expressed by his Son becoming flesh and dwelling among us that he might take away the sins of the world.

All of Scripture — But especially the prophets — reveal to us that God always keeps his promises and accomplishes his purposes and he does so through his presence.
