[FORUM] on Racial Reconciliation
Racial unity is an outworking of the gospel and should be a mark of the church. And yet, many Christians continue to be filled with strife and tension over this issue. And it’s especially sad because it’s about more than just a “problem;” it’s about those who God has made in his image. This quarter’s [FORUM] event aims to be a candid conversation on the church’s role in racial reconciliation. Our hope is to grow as a kingdom people who exemplify the vision that Jesus cast in ‘The Sermon on the Mount’ and be the multiethnic church that Paul so beautifully portrays in Ephesians 3.
We’re excited to have very special guests, James and Desiree’ Westbrook from The Realm Church in Oakland, who will be joining us to help navigate this complex yet vital topic. They are phenomenally gifted, kingdom-minded saints who have a lot to contribute to this conversation. You can learn more about them and The Realm Church here (we highly suggest you check them out!).
