Good Friday ‘26
Good Friday is not merely a service we attend — it is a moment we enter. We gather not to observe something from a distance, but to stand at the foot of the cross and let it do its work on us. In a world that curates suffering out of sight, we come together to name it plainly: Jesus died. He gave himself. He showed us that God refused to be immune to human pain and suffering and to bear it upon himself. And that changes everything about who we are and how we live as a people sent into our cities.
Whether you've been part of City Parish for years or this is your first time through the door — whether you call yourself a Christian or you're still figuring out what you believe — you are welcome here. Come and be with us as we remember together.
Friday, April 3 at 6 PM at McDowell Elementary.
